Ingredients (Serves 1):
2 eggs
Oregano and chili flakes for seasoning
2 tablespoons of milk
A pinch of salt
Process:
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add milk and salt, and mix until well combined. Heat a non-stick pan and add a little ghee or butter.
Pour in the egg mixture, stirring occasionally. Do not stir too frequently to keep the eggs fluffy.
