This is why a lot of people struggle with the rhythm of toes to bar.
Typically it’s an issue with how they are driving the momentum in the kip swing.
If you swing your legs to find momentum in the kip you will find it harder to string a lot of reps and stay in a good rhythm.
Instead, try to drive your chest through to make the arch and point your toes directly at the ground.
Try to think about your body like a piece of taffy…long and stretchy but taught.
