I am not a fan of first impressions but I did get a chance to use every shade in the palette. I wanted to share the palette swatches because the pre-order was available and it does release in February. I am enjoying all the options Juvia's Place "Festival" palette has for a lover of color. For all of you tired of the same old colors and neutrals, I think you will enjoy this palette.
