It isn't known much whether or not this type of channel would be materialized by That's TV - same goes for any other channel license they've previously applied for. But That's Cinema in my opinion is the most likely to launch.

So why not make a mock concept?
Think of the films on That's Cinema skewing towards the viewers of TalkingPictures and TCM Movies, something they have already been experimenting at around 2 o clock in the morning on new channel That's Memories. Have a channel dedicated to that - and for filler purposes, create a music playlist based on movie songs / songs that were notable to be in a movie.
