And....here is another. In this segment we make a Rice A Roni Bake my whole family loves! It's an easy recipe that makes cooking at home less of a hassle.



Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
1 box chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
About a pound/one package of chopped baked chicken breasts (or Rotisserie Chicken)
1 (I use 2 because I like it cheesy) and 1/2 (for topping) cups of mixed shredded cheeses (I like yellow and white cheddar)
1-1/2 cups of mixed veggies of your liking (optional)
1 large can French fried onions


INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cook the chicken
Cook the Rice A Roni
Pour both into large mixing bowl (veggies if you made them)
Add soup, sour cream, and cheese. Stir to combine.
Spread rice mixture in a lightly sprayed 9×13 pan. Top rice with fried onions and then the 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
*Optional: Broil on low for about 3-5 minutes (ovens will vary)
