Roadie struggles with dogs wrestling and acting wild. She wants to jump in. Yesterday our first session was twenty something minutes long. I did not drop the leash. I had to correct her three or four times for wanting to jump in, with the leash, first time being most dramatic and emotionally drawn out letting her know how disappointed I was. Each time got less and less and here today you see its just verbal. In another day or two i won’t have to intervene. You see at first she’s not sure if she wants to leave my side or not. She’s hesitant. But she does. You’ll also see Luca be very clear in letting her know his boundaries. Thats priceless in her learning. Watch as Mango grabs her leash and walks off with her lol. She made a lot of good choices. When we were done i took her and buddy outside the fence to the front and threw a ball for them. She was perfect which is huge, no issue sharing space and toys.
