With hands-on experience in clinical practice, she has contributed to patient care by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications and delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical services. This clinical experience, combined with her research background, provides her with a well-rounded understanding of healthcare systems and interdisciplinary collaboration.
As one who lives purposefully through her vision ‘to bridge knowledge gaps in the delivering of optimal health and pharmaceutical service’, she has co-authored papers on different health conditions and their impacts on vulnerable populations in Africa, addressing critical issues such as early marriage, female genital mutilation, COVID-19, Neglected Tropical diseases, Health literacy and the COVID-19’s pandemic's effects on health equity.
Her contributions extend beyond research to practical public health education through radio programs, where she has raised awareness on critical health issues such as vaccination, sexual and reproductive health, infectious diseases, cancer prevention, and even the role of Pharmacists in disseminating health information.
She also believes in not growing alone, but creating ripple effect from herself to others. In this capacity, she has helped develop the next generation of health writers, further enhancing the dissemination of accurate and accessible health information through her writing bootcamp - MASTER THE ART OF WRITING IN THE HEALTH NICHE. Her work reflects her dedication to addressing global health literacy disparities and influencing health policies across Africa.
She is the Author of the book, A BEGINNER’S GUIDE TO MEDICAL/HEALTH WRITING - GETTING STARTED AS A NEWBIE. (You can purchase here; [ Ссылка ])
