On this adventure, we went travel along the Blue Ridge Parkway and hike to the top of Mount Mitchell. This is the highest mountain in the eastern United States at an elevation of 6,684'. The views are absolutely gorgeous so join me and check out the views from Mount Mitchell in North Carolina.
