I learned the hard way that you should not use your bow eye / trailer eye as the primary mooring line for your Catalina 22. I show you how I approached repairing a major bow eye blow out. There are very few resources out there to show you how to make this kind of repair. I am not a professional, this is merely how I went about it.

One thing I forgot to mention, I did lay down about 4 layers of fiberglass on the inside of the bow.
