Irish Stew Made with Beer! That's right, today we are showing you how to make Irish Beef Stew in the Instant Pot! This One Pot Stew is so delicious, you can't go wrong! This easy, one pot Irish Beef Stew is so good! If I can cook it, so can you!

Ingredients:
1.25 - 1.5 pounds of stew meat of your choice
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 Bottle of Guinness Beer
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rosemary
1 tbsp Thyme
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp minced garlic or 4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped carrots
10 container of mushrooms (sliced or whole)
1 pound chopped rutabaga
2 cups Pearl Onions (optional)

Directions:
Saute your meat in about 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 2 -3 minutes per side. Scrape the bottom of your instant pot to make sure nothing is stuck. Then all all other ingredients. Choose the meat/stew option and set for 35 minutes. Let it cook! When done, let it vent naturally for 10 - 15 minutes. Then vent it. That's it! You can then thicken the stew if you would like using a bit of cornstarch and water or sure gel!
