The South African Police Service is hosting a Career Expo to educate the youth and communities about careers and professions in the Policing Value Chain.
It's taking place in Mdantsane, outside the city of East London in the Eastern Cape. The expo precedes SAPS' next recruitment drive of 10 000 members for the 2024/2025 Basic Police Learning Development Training Programme.
SAPS also has other professions under its blue umbrella like accountants, veterinarians, lawyers, auditors, forensic social workers, and criminal psychologists.
National Commissioner of SAPS, General Fannie Masemola will be in attendance.
