This is a 20 min full body wall pilates workout with weights. This would be great routine to do on its own, or to add on to another workout. Weight recommendations: 5lb dumbbell for beginner, 10+lbs for intermediate and up. As a Pilates instructor and exercise science major, I program my Wall Pilates workouts to help you progress to more advanced versions of the exercises in Pilates and strength training. These exercises are building blocks to help strengthen you. If your goal is "toning/sculpting", the best way to achieve this is by resistance training + diet changes if losing weight is a goal of yours. I hope you enjoy this workout!
