After Shinnok’s defeat at the hands of Earthrealm’s next generation of warriors the Keeper of Time, Kronika enters the Jinsei Chamber devising a New Era to erase Raiden from the current timeline. Unbeknownst to the Immortal God of Thunder, Raiden has disrupted the balance of Good and Evil in all the Realms desired by Kronika. In order to prevent a Temporal Armageddon, Raiden and his allies, past and present, must gain control of Kronika’s Hourglass. Only then, will time's momentum be restored.
