DUBOX constructed 26 villas in Al Diyafah Village, Dubai on behalf of Al-Futtaim Real Estate.

With a modular volumetric concrete precast design and manufactured offsite, the villas were built in only 320 days – 104 days ahead of schedule, taking only 12.5 days per villa.

In the busy and congested neighborhood of Al Jaffiliya, the villas were completed quickly and quietly with no disturbance to the local community.
