Conceptualized, created, produced and directed by Vartika Nanda, Tinka Tinka Agra, is an attempt to showcase the musical wealth of Agra Jail inmates. This is third song in the Tinka Tinka series dedicated to prison reforms. This song was shot inside the jail and is now the theme song of this jail. This is sung by 16 inmates, all of them serving life imprisonment. This song is dedicated to the divine power.

Prior to this, Tinka Tinka Tihar and Tinka Tinka Dasna made news. Tinka Tinka Tihar, song sung by the inmates of Tihar and conceptualised and written by Vartika Nanda, entered the Limca Book of Records (a National Record) in April 2017.
