This parcel consists of 720± acres of beautiful canyons located between Arnold, and Callaway, Nebraska. There is an abundance of wildlife that call these canyons “home” including whitetail deer, mule deer, and wild turkey. This property is strategically situated next to cropland, and could easily be used for a hunting hideaway.
There is tight fencing throughout the land, making this an excellent cattle grazing property. The land is currently rented June1st, to November 1st 2020 at a rate of $55 per cow/calf, not to exceed 90 cow/calf pairs. There are two ponds and four wells with stock tanks all strategically located throughout the property. Two cisterns next to the two lower wells could be used to gather and hold water. They are both in excellent condition. One is a plastic container, the other is homemade. The plastic tank is approximately 1,500 gallons, and the homemade tank is roughly 3,000 gallons.
The canyon land has excellent access with a county road on the North and South sides of the property.
