Laurence Weinzimmer, co-author of 'The Wisdom of Failure,' talks to Darren Hardy about changing culture in terms of how we view mistakes. He says that cultural shift must start with leadership.
"I think we need to become more accepting, understand that we all make mistakes—it's part of being human. And so, just to be more open and honest about mistakes, and also to not penalize employees when they make mistakes."
