1. Feta-Avocado-Dill Pickle Relish
Ingredients:
1 avocado, non-fermented
3 store bought dill pickles
1/4 c feta cheese
1/4-1/2 c pickle juice
1 tsp onion-garlic powder or 1 T fermented garlic
1/2 tsp red hot chili pepper flakes (optional)
1/2-1 tsp curry powder (optional)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp homemade hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 tsp Frank's red hot sauce (optional)
blue cheese (optional)
Vegans:
Substitute feta cheese with cashew cream cheese ([ Ссылка ]) and/or add nutritional yeast
To Ferment:
1 c fermented avocado
3 fermented dill pickles
1/4-1/2 c pickle, avocado or veggie juice brine, fermented whey, water kefir, or feta cheese brine

2. Cauliflower-Avocado Hummus (starts at 9:35)

3 c avocado, non-fermented or fermented
3 c cauliflower florets or fermented cauliflower
1 T lemon, lime or lemon-lime juice, fresh squeezed
salt & pepper to taste (optional)
1 T red hot chili pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp garlic-onion powder blend

3. Basic Mayonnaise (+cheats!) {recipe begins at 26:09}
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
1 T mustard of choice
1 T racv
2 tsp lemon, lime, or lemon-lime juice, fresh squeezed
1 tsp garlic-onion powder
1 c avocado oil (or whatever oil you prefer)
Please note: unfermented, this will only last 7-10 days in the fridge, whereas fermented it will last upwards to 2 years.
4. Avocado Mayonnaise (recipe begins at 34:33)
Start with the basic mayonnaise recipe and add 1 whole avocado or 1 c fermented avocado.
5. Horseradish-Avocado Mayonnaise
Start with avocado mayonnaise recipe and add 1 tsp - 1 tablespoon freshly grated, jarred, or fermented horseradish.
