2 chicken breasts
Italian dressing season blend packet
Alfredo sauce + water to thin out
Italian seasoning
Garlic
Salt n pepper to taste
Parm** optional

Chicken Taco Salad-
1 large chicken breast
Taco seasoning packet
1c sour cream + water to Thin down
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cheddar cheese

Egg roll in a bowl-
1 large chicken breast FINELY diced
1 1/2 bags of cole slaw mix
3TBS soy sauce
Garlic
Easy onion or onion
Pinch of ginger
Pepper

Teriyaki chicken stir Fry-
2 chicken breasts
Teriyaki marinate
1 TBS honey
Garlic minced

1 1/2 bags coke slaw mix
Broccoli florets
Drizzle of Sesame oil
1/4 c teriyaki marinade
Ginger
Pepper
Garlic powder
