Rani Yahya had an unbelievable career in two sports. He won everything in BJJ competition including a gold medal at ADCC in 2007. He put his grappling skills to the test in MMA fights and results speak for themselves. His journey with the sport was a big one including challenging for the WEC bantamweight title and having the most submission in 135 lbs. division history in the UFC.
In this conversation Rani Yahya shares his thoughts about WEC bouts, challenging for a world title, fighting tough opponents, who he considers the best fighter in WEC history and what was his best win. Yahya will face Victor Henry on UFC on ESPN 55 and hopefully we can see him in a grappling competition too.
