Evolution is a state of the art labeler, extraordinarily versatile because can be equipped with several applicators able to satisfy all application requirement. Evolution is available with liner 160mm and 240mm. Evolution has an housing reel of 360mm and it can work up to 40m/min /240 one) and 50m/min (160 one) with a labeling accuracy of +/- 0.5mm. Evolution is equipped with an Advanced Control Unit. Evolution with standard labels 100x100 apply 800 labels/min.

Evolution with Powerkit is a labeler equipped with a printing module (Sato or Zebra). The main differences between an Evolution with Powerkit and a Print apply are:
- Evolution is faster than a print apply indeed the dispensing speed depends on the labeler and not on the printing module. Thanks to the buffer that allows to the labeler to go fast and apply
- Evolution thanks to the real time clock can print variable data but only time (hours and minute) and day. It is not a very real time labeler because for real time with all variable data ypu need a print apply. With a print apply can be printed also batch numbers, kilos etc.
Easyliner is the entry level model. Is a lightweight and low footprint industrial machine. Thanks to its components is safe and robust. Easyliner has an housing reel of 250mm diameter. Easyliner is very easy to use thanks to the multi functional operating buttom with luminous led. Can be equipped with HPS applicator and Easy Jet, both active applicators. Easyliner can work 16h/5d, is available only with SATO LT408 printing module. Easyliner has been developped along with this printing module. With a standard label 100x100, easyliner can print and apply 2500 labels per reel at the dispendsing speed of 150mm/sec even if the dispensing speed depends on the printing module.

It requires “vacuum” pad for label holding, possibly equipped with “quick connections” for frequent format changes (without employment of tools)

The patented magnetic device prevents injuries to fingers by releasing the pad in case of accidental impact
In addition, controlled pressure ensures a harmless impact in case of contact with the operator
HPS applicators do not need additional protective devices, satisfying EC safety norms while guaranteeing the best performance
