I’m in northern Sweden testing the new Volvo V90 Cross Country. This rugged version of the usually classy Swedish estate car, features four wheel drive, a raised ride height and therefore, jacked up suspension for a better view out of the driving seat, as well as a smoother ride over bumpy roads. I put it to the test on snowy Swedish roads to see how smooth it actually is, before switching to something a bit different; a frozen lake! Can it handle the slippery surface?
