Early 80's. This is the 2nd generation Super Record bottom bracket with a solid axle with threaded studs. English BB axle length: 115mm.
1st generation Super Record bottom bracket had a hollow titanium spindle with steel bearing races pressed on which is why the Super Record had 3/16" bearings instead of 1/4" like the Record, Nuovo Record and Gran Sport. In the 1982 Girod'Italia, Laurent Fignon had a bad fall while he was in the lead due to a broken Super Record axle resulted in a redesign.
