City Planning Commission meetings resumed remotely on August 3rd, 2020 for projects not subject to the City’s Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) or that were already in public review prior to a March 16th, 2020 ULURP suspension, as well as for presentations on projects that will go into public review in the future.
The full ULURP process resumed on September 14th, 2020.
City Planning Commission (CPC) Public Meetings are open to the public and typically begin at 10:00am on Wednesdays, following a Monday CPC Review Session. The CPC Public Meetings are comprised of:
- Scheduling dates for future public hearings
- Reports (Commission votes)
- Public hearings, during which testimony is accepted regarding land use applications in public review.
