In case you don't know where this is located, well, you just need to go Northeast of central Hyrule, between Trilby Valley and Trilby Plain in the Eldin region, in this spot right here. There you won't find Impa and Cado to talk to, just the drawing on the ground, so without further ado, here is the location of the Dragon Tear of the Trilby Valley.
