Here at Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst 29th January will mark our third annual open innovation summit where we will ask – how far have we come?

Like other sectors the business DNA of bioscience is mutating. The question is in this Darwinian race for survival: how can open innovation support the sector? There is still a gap from early stage discovery to market. As the global biotech and pharma sectors address this a raft of initiatives from innovation centres to multi-partner consortia have emerged. We will be asking what impact have these initiatives had on the life science ecosystem?
