I’m expanding the capacity of my EcoFlow power station and want to share my insights with you.
Both the EcoFlow Delta 2 and EcoFlow Delta 2 MAX come with an upgraded XT60i connector, which features a third pin. EcoFlow uses this pin as a trigger to toggle the 8A DC charging limit on or off, distinguishing between a solar panel and a car charger.
You can build your own cable to connect a lithium battery to your EcoFlow. However, you must use an XT60i connector where the negative pin is connected to the middle pin - this allows the power station to recognize the LiFePo4 battery as a solar panel and bypass the 8A limit.
Alternatively, you can order a pre-made cable. If you’re okay with the 100W charging limit, an XT60 cable will do:
• XT60 - O ring cable: [ Ссылка ]
• XT60i - O ring cable: [ Ссылка ]
Note: I’m not yet sure if the middle pin on this XT60i cable is wired correctly. I’ll update once it arrives.
