This is Part 1 of my Valentine's Day cocktail series where I give you a couple of great ideas for drinks when spending the day with that special someone. I have made a Love Potion #9 and Love Potion #69 two very different drinks for whatever kind of mood your in.

Love Potion #9 Recipe
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
Half Egg White
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Shake with out any ice to emulsify all the ingredients 20 seconds
Put Ice in the shaker and shake another 20 seconds
Strain into your chilled coupe glass (or whatever you prefer)
Garnish with Chocolate of your choosing.
Enjoy!

Love Potion #69 Recipe
1 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Peach Schnapps
.5 oz Bacardi Rum
4 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Cranberry Juice
Directions
Put Ice in your cocktail Shaker
Add all the ingredients into your shaker. Shake for about 15 seconds
Strain into your glass of choice
Garnish with Pineapple wheel and cherry.
Enjoy!
