Reliance Retail and Adani Group JV have shown interest in acquiring Future Retail. As many as 49 applications have been received so far in acquiring Future Retail. Even previously, Reliance Retail and Adani Group JV had submitted bids for Future Retail, however, the prospective resolution applicants (PRAs) did not turn up at the time of submission of the final bid.
