Easy Way to Max Out / Farm Stats in Neo: TWEWY
This method involves using Electric pins/metabo boost threads and defeating No. 1 Dixiefrogs and No. 2 Bigbanfrogs in the Scramble Crossing on Week 1 Day 7. I'm not going to say it is the optimal method b/c I may not be accounting for something, but it is most definitely easy and fast. I am also making the assumption that you have completed the game.
