Gandiva's mission is to share and enhance the arts on a local and international level. As such, the team is curating and producing high quality pieces, reimagining the world of music and dance, creating and generating exclusive content, and spending time envisioning and choreographing unique works. These works - video, audio, choreography, etc. - are the sole intellectual property of Gandiva as per both Indian and International Law. As such, Gandiva retains full rights in its works and does not allow any unauthorized use, distribution, reproduction, screening, etc. of Gandiva's content.

The Gandiva team has put in a lot of effort into the creation of these pieces, and has uploaded these works with the goal of contributing to the arts and spreading a love of dance and music. However, as these works are a result of a lot of hard work and dedication, Gandiva hopes those viewing the content will appreciate the effort they put in and not misuse it. Content is not to be stolen, replicated, illegally downloaded,etc. The dance choreography and the music cannot be used for personal or professional use even if you mention the credits.
