Ingredients

#1 Dough
1/2kilo
50g. Sugar
25g. Lard
185ml. Oil
180ml. Water

#2 Dough
125g. 3rd class flour
150g. Lard/oil

Filling Ube

1/2kilo Kamote
1/2 can 390g. Condensed Ube flavor
2tbsp. Margarine
Pinch of salt

Bake to 180 for 15-18mins or until golden brown
