Today we reviewed Willett Distillery Family Estate Rye. This is a Bardstown Kentucky based Distillery. Willett goes back to 1936, when they first began making their famous Whiskey under the name - Old Bardstown Bourbon.


In addition to today’s review, please check episode 12, which I reviewed their sub brand – Johnny Drum. This Rye is bottled at 109 proof and is aged for 4 years. What’s unique about this Rye is that it has floral notes, in addition to traditional rye’s which are spicy/earthy.
