Finally put another video together highlighting the kuying teton BFS rods that i have.. thought it was time to give these rods a little love they deserve..
the TC522SUL is up first as it's the lightest of the bunch.. coming in at
5"2" and rated as a super ultra light it is a blast to fish with and can handle pretty big fish as you can see in the video.. i did break this rod a while back but fixed it and the last fish caught with it in the vid was after the repair..
it broke during a stress test using 10lb. line and will not break under normal conditions and using the proper line it's rated for...
second up is the TC632UL and at 6'3" with an ultra light rating it is great for an all around bfs rod... it's also been broken by not me... my girlfriend.. was hung in grass and grabbed the rod in the middle and pulled.. big no no and yes of course i had 10lb. on it to and it snapped..
i've had this rod the longest and fished it or actually let's say abused it for a few years before she broke..
lastly we have my favorite of the bunch.. the Mighty TC661L this 6'6" almost full flex powerhouse is a great rod that somehow hasn't broken in the 2 or 3 years i've had it... i've put this rod through more than the other 2 rods combined but with 10lb. test and it being a light rated rod helped it out i guess..
anyway all three of these rods are great and still being used..
i can recommend them without a doubt... the only downside is they have gone up in price and the one piece isn't available but is in two piece which should perform the same... they've gone up about $20 over when i bought mine.. so around $70 to $85 dollars i think on aliexpress...
there's no link but just go to aliexpress and put in kuying teton in the search bar and you'll find em..
