Here is the detailed recipe of black gulab jamun

FOR GULAB JAMUN-

In a bowl take 1 cup milk powder, 1 & 1/2 tsp maida, 1 tsp Desi ghee, add milk and make a soft dough. And make balls

FOR SUGAR SYRUP-

Take 1 & 1/2 cup water in a saucepan and add 1 cup sugar and 1/3 tsp elaichi powder (for flavour)

Then take refined oil or ghee in a fry pan and fry all balls in low flame. After fry take it in a bowl and add hot sugar syrup. Rest it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes...
