In this video, I talk about Working Agreements in (Agile) teams. Sometimes we forget to take these discussions openly and they just slowly grow, but to my experience, we can actually benefit from spending time in the team agreeing on a first version of the Working Agreements.
It is awesome to have these discussions and align on what "quality" means to us as a team for instance? Or when is something ready for us to be worked upon?
