Ingredients
Raw Mango - 1 No.
Salt - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Jaggery - 1 Cup (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Method
1. Peel the raw mango and grate it.
2. Saute the grated mango for 5 mins on low flame.
3. After 5 mins, add salt and jaggery.
4. Once the jaggery is melted a little bit, add the chilli powder and cumin powder.
5. Stir everything together.
6. Once the jaggery is melted and everything comes together, turn off the stove.
7. Let the mixture come to room temperature.
8. Aam Ka Chunda is ready.
