La Roche-Posay is an internationally recognized skincare brand that makes highly effective, affordable products that support and improve the skin microbiome. Many people don't realize that La Roche-Posay got its start as a place to treat individuals with the thermal spring water that occurs naturally in the town of La Roche-Posay, France.
The high mineral content of the water helps support microbial diversity on the skin and has many studies showing how this can improve the skin barrier function, and decrease symptoms of skin disease like eczema and psoriasis. The Thermal Treatment Center recently underwent a complete renovation to modernize the center and accommodate more patients.
