2. Seoul and Washington agreed on "overwhelming" actions against any nuclear attack from N. Korea as well as swift consultations at a leader-level. President Biden mentioned --in his words --"the end of the regime" if there's any nuclear attack.
What message do you think they are trying to send here?

3. The South Korean leader hopes for close coordination in supply chains in light of the U.S. CHIPs Act and the IRA. The allies have also created a dialogue on core technology involving chips, batteries and biotech while bolstering support for future generations in science and technology. What do you say on the allies further tightening their partnership?

4. President Biden thanked President Yoon for his "political courage" to mend Seoul-Tokyo ties. What does South Korea gain from a change in its foreign policy?

5. The Korean president said he hopes for security and peace in the Indo-Pacific region. Can we read this as the nation trying to up its contribution on the global stage?
