If you're looking for an intermittent fasting how to guide, this is the video for you. I explain what a typical day of IF is like for me, then explain the tools (beverages) you can use to make intermittent fasting easier, plus how to ease into it and incorporate your workouts into your IF schedule.
When it comes to intermittent fasting for beginners, it's important to keep in mind that IF is all about WHEN you eat, not what you eat. Of course, it's always better to focus on whole foods and make healthier choices, and it all boils down to calories in vs. calories out, but the concept by IF is completely independent of the food being eaten, whether you're vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, carnivore, etc. No matter why type of diet you subscribe to, intermittent fasting can be applied by simply adjusting the timeframe in which you eat. In this video I explain 16/8 intermittent fasting accomplished by skipping breakfast. In my opinion, this is the easiest method of intermittent fasting because most people find they're naturally not too hungry upon wakening. This allows you to start your day right away and be extra productive, not stopping to make and eat a meal until the early afternoon. And with the tools I mention in the video, the morning fast is actually a lot easier than you'd expect.
