These mini donuts are perfect for breakfast and snack. They're baked (not fried), have moist texture and delightful pumpkin flavor.
Baked (not Fried) Pumpkin Donuts
(Servings: 24 mini donuts or 6 regular donuts)
Ingredients:
2/3 cup (100g) all-purpose flour
1tsp (1g) pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp (2g) baking powder
1/8 tsp (1g) salt
½ cup (120g) pumpkin puree
¼ cup (60g) brown sugar
3 tbsp (45g) grapeseed oil/vegetable oil
1 egg, room temperature
1tsp (2g) vanilla extract
2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, melted
Cinnamon Sugar:
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp ground cinnamon
(350F/180C) Bake for 8-10 minutes
