Recipe:
3 Tbsp melted butter
add 1/2 can Carnation milk
Stir in 1 bag of brown sugar (I used the med color for this video I Think I will use the lighter color brown sugar next time) Add Boil for 15 minutes.
In a bowl of cold water, drop a drop of the mixture to see if it becomes a hard ball (You are looking for the hard ball stage which I believe is 250 degrees F) At this stage add 1 tsp vanilla and add nuts if interested. Pour into grease pans. (I used parchment paper)
Note: score the top before it sets to make cutting easier at the end.
