As if there would be any other option (lol), Kierra Sheard will be playing the role of her mother Karen Clark-Sheard in the newly announced biopic for gospel greats, The Clark Sisters.
Along side Kierra are powerhouse vocalists Christina M. Bell (playing Twinkie Clark), Sheléa Frazier (playing Dorinda Clark-Cole), and Angela Birchett (playing Jacky Clark-Chisholm). Actress Raven Goodwin will be playing Denise Clark-Bradford. According to musician Donald Lawrence, the songs within the biopic will be live and not lip-synced over a pre-recorded track.
