2 c Allpurpose Flour 360 g
1/2 tsp Salt 3 g
1 tsp Baking Powder 5 g
1 tsp Baking Soda 5 g

Topping
2/3 c Sugar 158 g
1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 g
