A westbound Z train is slowing for a crew change in Ft. Madison Iowa on 8-18-10. BNSF engineers are taught to use their dynamic brakes as thier primary mode of braking and this is no exception! Three of the four GEs are really screaming and put on a great show. It is common practice to have one loco of four isolated btween here and Chicago for fuel conservation.
