As part of the run up to the 2012 Tony Awards, The Wing posts "cues" from many of the 2012 Tony Award nominees. These cues serve to inspire participants of the American Theatre Wing's SpringboardNYC program and young theatre artists everywhere.

Designed for serious students looking to take the plunge into the New York theatre world, SpringboardNYC prepares the next generation of theatre artists for working life in New York. This year 37 students will come to NYC and hear directly from working artists for a two week boot camp in early June 2012. (Applications for 2013 will be available in Fall 2012)
