In view of complete lockdown to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the university has
decided to accept the scanned copies of the assignment responses through email and
Google Form for Term End Examinations, June 2020. Please read the instructions given
below carefully before submitting the assignment responses.
Separate Google Form is to be filled for every course code through the same link.
3) The assignment responses should be hand written only.
4) Last date of acceptance of assignment responses in scanned copy is 31st May
2020. Tthe link for receipt of the assignments will be closed after 31st May.
5) You do not need to submit hardcopy of assignment responses again at your Study
Centre if you have submitted them either through email or google link.
6) Those who have already submitted their assignment responses at their concerned
Study Centres for Term End Examination June 2020 need not submit the
scanned copies through email or google link.
7) The first page(Cover Page) of your assignment response should have your
a) Name and Enrollment Number
b) Programme Code
c) Course Code
d) Study Centre Code
e) Date of Submission
8) Do not send the assignment responses of a particular course more than once.
9) The scanned images should be clear and legible. No intimation will be given to
resubmit the assignments if they are not hazy and illegible. You may use
scanning apps like Cam Scanner App at Google play store for better results.
10) Name of the PDF file should be in the order "Enrolment No.-Programme Code-
Course Code" (for e.g : 123456789-MAH-MHI01)
