The incredible mosaics of Madaba in Greek Orthodox Church of St. George, built on the remains of an old Byzantine temple. Inside there is the detailed mosaic floor which shows the oldest surviving map of the Middle East, created in the 6th century. Jerusalem lies in the center of the map.
