The first regular session of the UNDP Executive Board, United Nations Population Fund and the UN Office for Project Services on (UNDP / UNFPA / UNOPS) has started on January 30, 2017, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
H.E. Andrei Dapkiunas, Permanent Representative of Belarus to the United Nations, made a statement. Since this will be the last session for the UNDP Administrator Helen Clark, who will leave her post in April 2017, the Permanent Representative of Belarus Andrei Dapkiunas also thanked Helen Clark for her selfless work as the head of the UNDP, as well as the UN Coordinator of International Cooperation on Chernobyl.
