Hello everyone. I'm Gabby and I am a Macro Social Worker and Career Coach. I wanted to talk to you all about why I think it's important for more social workers to choose the macro side. Macro allows us to make a great impact and change more lives. Yet and still, most social workers go the direct practice route. Direct practice is very important, but I think society would benefit from having more of us in macro level positions!
